The Lapland region of the far north of Scandinavia is scenic and unique, but where are the destinations to visit?

At Hey Lapland we keep an open eye for locations that are unique, have charm or are off the beaten path. We mark these locations on our Destination Map so you can easily find them while traveling.

The website also features an event page that lists annual events that occur in the region, as well as information about different parts of Lapland.

Hey Lapland is a concept created by Lauren Ell, an American who has been living near Gällivare since 2016. Her goal is that Hey Lapland is not only used by tourists, but also by locals who are interested in learning more about the region and traveling locally.
